I found this on My Food Storage Deal's blog. It is so yummy! You can also just use all purpose flour too or half and half, but the wheat version tasted really good and not all "healthy". Still an indulsion! It makes 1 loaf.1 ¼ c. sugar½ c. margarine1 c. banana pulp (2 bananas)4 T. sour cream (you can use plain yogurt too, but once I was out of both and used vanilla yogurt and skipped the tsp of vanilla. 1 pkg yellow cake mix1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix1/2 c shortening1 c water4 eggsFilling: 5 Tbsp flour, 1 c milk 1/2 c margarine, softened, 1/2 c shortening, 1 c sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt.Beat cake mix, pudding mix, and shortening on low til crumbly. This is my mom's recipe and I can't eat any other sugar cookies--they can't compare to these!1 egg1/2 c. sour cream1 stick butter, softened(not margerine)1c. sugar1 tsp. vanillaMix ingredients thoroughly and add:3 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. saltMix all together and roll out onto a floured surface. These aren't really eclairs but yummy anyway.1 small box of graham crackers1 large box of vanilla instant pudding12 oz Cool Whip1 container of ready made chocolate frostingYou can make this 2 different ways: 1.
