Turn the pressure cooker to saute. Add ground beef, onion, garlic and seasoned salt. Cook until meat is browned.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, water, pasta and bay leaves.
Set the pressure cooker to manual high pressure or the pressure cook mode for 4 minutes.
When the time is up, do a quick release.
Remove bay leaves and stir it all up. Add corn and green beans and stir again. Place lid back on the pressure cooker and let sit a couple minutes on warm setting. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
