Pumpkin Pudding Cookies
Are you ready for Fall baking? The mornings and nights are nice and cool, but the day is still pretty warm. 80's at least. I don't care. I am doing my fall stuff. I put up my fall decorations, made soups for dinners, put out my fall scented soaps and candles and now I am baking with pumpkin. The weather ain't gonna tell me what to do. It's fall up in here. Back when I was horrible at taking food photos, I made some Chocolate Pudding Cookies. They are delicious. Don't judge them by their photos, … [Read more...]

Chicken & Orzo
Chicken and Orzo is one of my new favorite meals. It's a complete meal all together. I love the simple flavor of the Orzo, topped with some fresh squeezed lemon. Orzo is just tiny pasta. It's right in the pasta aisle so be sure to look for it. The chicken is super tasty and cooking the zucchini in the same pan as the chicken gives it a delicious flavor. It's all cooked on the stove so it's very simple to prepare. You will love this recipe! Chicken & Orzo Print … [Read more...]

Jalepeno Popper Pull-Aparts
Jalepeno Popper Pull-Aparts are little bites of spicy goodness. Filled with cream cheese and jalepenos, these won't disappoint! I never used to like Jalapenos until I met my husband. He loves spicy food. The spicier the better. Even though I have a Hispanic background, I am a wimp when it comes to spicy food. I love Mexican food, but in a mild form. Now I love jalapenos. And I really love Jalapeno Poppers. So this Pull-Apart version is perfect. The bread helps tame the spicy jalapenos. My … [Read more...]

I love zucchini and am always posting about different ways you can use it. I love this bread and can't believe I haven't shared it with you! So here I am, correcting a very wrong … [Read more...]
Summertime with Kraft Drinks
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Dollar General for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine. Summer is still here, people. It's cooling down at nights somewhat, but it's still here. My kids have had fun this summer with swimming lessons, riding bikes, and jumping on the trampoline. They try to outdo each other with their stunts. It's pretty funny to watch. After all that, they work up a sweat and a thirst. Well I know that Dollar General will have what we need … [Read more...]
Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
If you haven't noticed, I like Smoothies. From this Tropical Smoothie to this Pina Colada, Smoothies are a great way to get some fruits and veggies into you. Plus it's fun to trick your kids. Be honest. It is. They don't realize they are drinking something that's good for them. All they know is that it tastes amazing! This smoothie doesn't actually have peanut butter cups in it, but it sure tastes good anyway. You can use Greek yogurt like I did or you can use regular yogurt. I love Greek, it … [Read more...]
