It's Amy again from My Name Is Snickerdoodle and I am completely over the moon about this next recipe I'm about to share with you!  It was one of those recipes that kept me up at night and I couldn't wait to create it in the morning. Even though everyone's been posting and pinning pumpkin themed recipes for the last month or so, October is always the official pumpkin month for me.  And these pancakes are just how I kicked it off!  I took my simple Buttermilk Pancake recipe and altered it with … [Read more...]

BBQ Turkey Meatloaf

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Butterball Every Day. All opinions are 100% mine. The Meatloaf has gotten a facelift. I switched out ground beef for ground turkey and added turkey bacon to make this leaner version that's just as good. Topped it off with bbq sauce and you've got a great meal everyone will like. I give you BBQ Turkey Meatloaf!   A few years ago, I bought a package of turkey bacon on a whim. I had never tried it. Once I cooked it up, I have never looked … [Read more...]

Easy Chili

Easy Chili

This Easy Chili really lives up to it's name. It's the perfect companion to corn bread and a chilly evening. This is my go-to Chili recipe. It's a dump and cook kind of recipe. I love eating this along side homemade cornbread fresh from the over and drizzled with honey butter. With Halloween coming up, this is a great before/after Trick-or-Treating meal.   Easy … [Read more...]
