This hearty Italian Sausage Soup is chock-full of potatoes, spinach, cream and sausage. It’s the kind of meal that will keep you full and satisfied for hours!
Hello again Mandy’s Recipe Box readers, this is Tracy from Made From Pinterest. This month I have a super yummy soup recipe for you! I wish I had a big bowl of this creamy soup last Saturday when I took my son to Tahoe to earn his Snow Sports merit badge. While he was out skiing I stayed in the lodge with my laptop to get some blogging done. After a couple of hours my stomach reminded me I had forgotten to pack food for the day.
When my son finally came in from skiing we were both starving! There was only one place open to get food and soup wasn’t on the menu! We ended up with an order of chili cheese fries and hot dogs. Yummy, yes….healthy, NO!
Our next trip to the slopes is going to include a big thermos full of creamy Italian Sausage Soup! Thank you Chungah from Damn Delicious for the awesome recipe!
