Change up your fall desserts by making my Ice Cream Nachos! Just because temperatures are
starting to drop, doesn’t mean your ice cream cravings drop too! These cinnamon sugar chips
go perfectly with Italian Biscotti and Sea Salt Caramel Swirl ice cream from San Bernardo.
When San Bernardo wanted to send me some ice cream, I knew just what I wanted to make with it. These Ice Cream Nachos are insanely good and just as easy to make.

Don’t these just look delicious? And they took only about 5 minutes to prepare. I used a short cut to make the cinnamon sugar chips, but you can use my Crustos recipe instead if you prefer. Back to the ice cream… it’s so creamy and full of great taste in every flavor. Plus, all The Escapes collections™ of ice cream contain no artificial flavors or artificial colors and no high fructose corn syrup. They stand out against other premium brands because all ice cream from San Bernardo are rBST free, contain 20% less sugar and fat, and are made with only all-natural
ingredients. You can indulge in deliciousness and not feel guilty about it!
They make unique flavors like Cactus Pearfection as well as twists on classic flavors like Tiramisu and Mango. Whichever one you try, you’re going to love! I really love the Quadruple Chocolate as well as the Italian Cheesecake. You can go to the San Bernardo Ice Cream website to order all your favorite flavors.
- Your favorite flavor of San Bernardo ice cream (I used Italian Biscotti with Sea Salt Caramel Swirl)
- 13 oz bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup butter, melted
- whipped cream
- caramel ice cream topping
- sprinkles
- Place the chips in a large bowl and drizzle melted butter over all. Toss with your hands to evenly coat the chips.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl. Sprinkle half over the chips and toss with your hands. Add the rest of the cinnamon sugar and toss again until all chips are coated.
- Place chips on a large platter or individual plates.
- Place scoops of San Bernardo ice cream on top of cinnamon sugar chips. Top with whipped cream, drizzle of caramel topping and sprinkles.
- Enjoy!

These look amazing! The hardest part is making a choice of which ice cream(s) to use. I’ll need to try several versions. LOL!!
Wishes for tasty dishes,
