College Student Easter Basket | Mandy's Recipe Box

When we think of Easter baskets we usually think of kids. At least I do, since I have four. But what about older kids or those living on their own going to college? They need love,too! How fun would it be to give this Easter Basket filled with things just for College students?

When, I was little, I loved Easter morning. I loved seeing what the Easter Bunny left for us. It was usually a basket of Easter candy, our decorated boiled eggs, and either a Spring outfit or Easter dress. The Easter Bunny also hid eggs with coins in them, which we just loved! But once we moved out of the house or got married, the fun ended, sadly. But that’s ok. Because since I have had children of my own, it’s fun to watch them discover what the Easter Bunny left for them.I headed to Smith’s to pick up everything I needed for my basket. This basket is for a girl so you would need to adjust it for a guy, obviously, but here’s what I included:

Laundry detergent
Razors
Shaving cream
trail mix
Crystal Light
Lotion
Dish soap
Muffin Mix
Easter candy, of course
Homemade candy

Wouldn’t that be so fun to surprise your college student with? Or even someone living on their own who would love some Easter cheer!
