Instant Pot Goulash

May 7, 2019 by mandyrecipebox

This quick and easy recipe for Instant Pot Goulash is a must-have recipe! It will save you on busy nights when you’re tempted to get take out. Five minutes in the pressure cooker is all it takes.

Instant Pot Goulash

Picture this: It’s been a crazy busy day (like always) and your feet are tired, your back is tired, your eyes are tired and about to fall out of your face. Then you realized it’s 6 pm and the house is a mess, the kids are needing your attention, and asking if you’re going to possible feed them any type of food before they go to bed. Sigh. You reach for your phone to order take out and *SMACK*, I knock that phone out of your hand because NO! You don’t need to waste your money on eating out just because you don’t have time to cook.

Instant Pot Goulash

If you have ground beef, pasta, a few other ingredients and about ten minutes, then you have plennnnnnty of time to make this Instant Pot Goulash. Don’t have an Instant Pot or other type of pressure cooker? No problem. You can still make Goulash on the stove. I don’t have an actual Instant Pot. I have this Bella Pressure cooker which works amazingly well.

So stop making excuses for getting take out when you can make this Instant Pot Goulash in less time that it would take to order and get the bad-for-you fast food!
