Turkey and Avocado Wraps

March 28, 2009 by mandyrecipebox

This is a favorite of mine and I have it for lunch all the time.

2 tortillas (of your choice:wheat, flour, spinach) at room temp.
1 med. tomato sliced
2 lettuce leaves
1 med. avacodo
turkey lunch meat (not the super thin kind, but deli style)
shredded parmesean cheese
salt and pepper
sprouts, optional
Mash 1/2 of the avacodo and spread it on the 2 tortillas. Place the lettuce leaves then turkey meat, tomato slices, rest of the avacodo (sliced),salt and pepper, parmesean cheese, and sprouts. Wrap it up and enjoy!
