Welcome to Totally Tasty Tuesdays!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and/or friends.
We sure did!
Lance was able to make it home for the day!!
He and his brother left WY at 4 am and made it home by 9 am, then we went to Lance’s grandparents’ home for the dinner and enjoyed some delicious food. Lance and his brother had to leave by 5:00 to get back out to WY since they had to work on Friday at 4 am. But we had Lance for Thanksgiving and that made my and the kids’ day perfect.

Welcome, welcome.
Just typing that made me think of Effie Trinkett in The Hunger Games.I got to see it on Friday and it did not disappoint. My husband had been gone to Wyoming for about 3 weeks when he was able to come home. Well, almost home. He met me in Utah to take me to see the movie and get my new camera. I’m so in love!
With my husband, of course.
I can’t wait to start posting recipes using it. I still have recipes to share that were taken with my other camera. It’s been so fun using it and playing with it.
I have some great features for you today. Take a look…
Banana Pudding Cupcakes
from That Little Touch
Cherry Limeade Slushies
from SteakNPotatoesKindaGurl
Homemade Peeps
from Everyday Mom’s Meals
Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs
from Shurgary Sweets

Totally Tasty Tuesdays

February 28, 2012 by mandyrecipebox

I’ve been watching The Voice this season and let me just say how much I love it!
I’m not a fan of American Idol. Never have been. Not sure why, exactly, but I just never can sit through an episode.
The Voice, I love.
I love the coaches: Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilara, and Blake Shelton.
They don’t annoy me.
Especially Adam and Blake. No they do not.
Sigh.
Anyway, I think you should all watch it. The blind auditions are done and it’s on to the competition.
And while you watch, a little nosh wouldn’t hurt you. Especially the goods I’m featuring today.
Mini Garlic Monkey Breads
from Life as a Lofthouse
I’d feature Holly’s recipes everyweek, if I could. She and I are foodie twins. I love every single thing on her blog. Every.single.thing. These baby breads are calling to me.

Amazing Apple Fritters
from Life is Sweets
I used to get an apple fritter from my grocery store bakery whenever I went there. I would eat that and a Diet Coke on the 30 minute drive home. I’ve been better at not getting a fritter, but now I sure am craving one!
Sweet Cornbread
from Meg’s Everyday Indulgence
I love me some corn bread! Smeared with honey butter and I’m a happy girl.
Look at that! I just wanna eat the photo.
Apparently I am craving carbs.

Mandy, I love The Voice, and like you I enjoy all the judges, but especially Adam and Blake. They crack me up, and well, let's face it, they are just yummy to look at. I used to watch AI but lost interest MANY years ago and I think the main reason I love this show so much is b/c it's based on pure raw talent. No looks whatsoever. I got tired of AI being a beauty pagent when that has

Totally Tasty Tuesdays

September 27, 2011 by mandyrecipebox

I am featuring some fall recipes today, since it’s Autumn time. Yay for fall! I am busy working the potato harvest (more on that to come) so I know the cooler weather is just around the corner.
Pumpkin Spice Granola
from Finding Joy in My Kitchen
She even has more Pumpkin recipes when you click on the link above. Yum!
Pumpkin Spice Cake
from The REAL Housewives of Riverton
So Pumpkin + easy= Delicious.
Football Brownie Bites
from Meg’s Everyday Indulgence
It isn’t fall without football, according to some folks. To me, it isn’t fall without T.V. Season Premiers like Criminal Minds or The New Girl (one of my new faves!). These brownie bites would be perfect for either.
