Easy Cornbread
Corn bread is one of those things that you gotta make just right or it's not gonna taste very good. If it's all dry then it will fall apart and crumble when you try to put butter on it. Plus who likes dry crumbly corn bread in their mouth? I really like this version of corn bread because it's super easy and not all dry-like. It uses mixes and is a snap to put together. Strawberries & Cream Bars
Strawberry season is here. At least in my area. And I am in heaven. I love this time of year. I've already made jam and the jars look so pretty on my shelf. I've also made smoothies and I've just started using chia seeds and kefir in them and I love the healthy benefits they provide. Plus you can't even taste them.
