I was able to try April’s cake of the month which was Sweet Southern Coconut Cake. Just the name is delicious and the cake totally lived up to it’s name. I love love loved the coconut flavor in the cake. And it was topped with yummy flakes of coconut. And their Vanilla Coconut Buttercream Frosting was the perfect companion. It tasted just like these sweet ladies baked it and walked next door to deliver it to me. So yummy!
I would love to try them all but I would start with the Dark Chocolate Oreo Cake with Vanilla Bean Buttercream or the Strawberry Shortcake with Strawberry Souffle Buttercream. Seriously? I would die.
