Oh my, I love zucchini and I was just hunting for zucchini recipes when I found this. I linked up a few of my recipes (I have another one posting tomorrow), and I just made some zucchini fries today too! PLUS, I just yanked a zucchini out of my garden the size of my arm. No joke. I need to scrape the seeds out and then find a use for that big bad boy. I think zucchini brownies are in order….<br
