Peanut Butter Oat Bars

March 25, 2015 by mandyrecipebox

These Peanut Butter Oat Bars only have 3 ingredients and they are a healthy snack or dessert. Kids will love grabbing them on their way out the door or as an after school snack. They also make a quick on-the-go breakfast. Best part: it’s a no-bake dessert.

Peanut Butter Oat Bars

I am most often trying to get my kids to eat healthy snacks and treats. Most of the time. But it can be hard to make something that is:

A. healthy

B. yummy

and

C. kid friendly

These Peanut Butter Oat Bars fit all those categories. Because you can make a healthy treat that tastes like cardboard, grass, dirt or feet. Kids can be the hardest critics to please when it comes to food. Mine loved these bars. So go ahead and make them and don’t worry about the guilt of junk food. Plus you can use any nut butter you like. Peanut allergies? Just use almond butter. They also make a quick on-the-go breakfast. Best part: it’s a no-bake dessert.

This look so good. I eat granola bars almost everyday, these are probably more cost effective as well!
