I found this recipe on Tidy Mom and had to try it. To me it just made a boxed cake mix very light and fluffy. Too light for me. I actually prefer the regular box version. Busy Day Lasagna Toss
Lasagna is one of my favorite comfort foods. When I make it, I use cottage cheese instead of Ricotta. It's just the way I've always eaten it. Copycat Cosmic Brownies taste pretty darn close to the original treat. Little Debbie fans everywhere will be happy to know they can make these brownies in their own kitchen.
