Pumpkin Pie Bars are an easy and quicker alternative to the classic pumpkin pie. It has the same I cannot wait for Thanksgiving Dinner. I love it all. Especially the pie. I use my slow cooker all year round. I love it in the summer because it doesn't heat up my kitchen while cooking and I love it the rest of the year because it is such a time saver.
