Beef Enchilada Bake

November 7, 2014 by mandyrecipebox

Beef Enchilada Bake

This Beef Enchilada Bake will be a hit with your family. Everything you love about Enchiladas in casserole form layered with tortilla chips.   One of the very first recipes I ever had of my mother in law's was Enchilada Casserole.  It was really good and hit the spot for that Mexican food craving.  The only thing I didn't like about it was the corn tortillas.  I'm just not a fan.  I am, however, a super fan of tortilla chips so I altered her recipes about a year ago and only wished I had done … [Read more...]

Chicken Enchilada Soup

This post is sponsored by Yahoo! All thoughts are my own. This slow cooker Enchilada Soup is just the thing for chilly fall and winter nights. Less than 10 minutes of prep time! Just throw everything into your Crock Pot and let the magic happen. There's a giveaway so stick around after the recipe! If you know me, you know I love my slow cooker aka Crock Pot. It's definitely a very loved appliance. It's missing a handle but still works perfectly so I have never replaced it. I have also … [Read more...]

Nutella Swirled Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

Hi Friends! It's Mallory again from Chocolate With Grace and I'm back to share another fall recipe. This recipe involves two of my all time favorite ingredients, pumpkin and Nutella. Now that it is truly cold out, I'm craving warm soup, apple crisp, pumpkin pie, and the rich chocolate desserts that are to much for summer. I also like putting creative twists on ordinary food to make them a bit more fun and festive, like with this Nutella Swirled Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip. This fun little … [Read more...]

BBQ Chicken Dip

October 30, 2014 by mandyrecipebox

BBQ Chicken Dip

This BBQ Chicken Dip is the perfect dip for game day and tailgating parties. It's delicious on tortilla chips but would be great on crackers as well. We all know the real purpose of football games. It's the food. Because why else would we sit around watching guys knock each other down and try to catch a ball and get concussions? For.the.food. Obviously. Unless it's the Super Bowl. Then, it's for the food and commercials. You know I'm right. When I made this dip, I used Sweet Baby Ray's … [Read more...]

Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

October 27, 2014 by mandyrecipebox

Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

I love this Shepherd's Pie Recipe when I need a quick and hearty meal. It's got everything you need in one dish: meat, green beans, mashed potatoes and cheese! I can't even tell you how many nights I say, "Oh crap. It's 5 pm and I haven't started dinner!" We eat around 6 pm at our house so our kids can start bedtime stuff at 7. Since they get up super early to catch the bus into town (an hour bus ride for my older two kids) they go to bed at 8 pm. When those days happen (the oh crap … [Read more...]
