Think beyond PB&Js with these easy lunch box ideas! Lunches don’t have to be boring…
It’s basically a known fact that if you put food into fun containers or on skewers or toothpicks that it’s funner to eat. And tastes better. You know I’m right. At least the kids know I’m right. Ask any of them. Seeing food on a stick immediately tells our brain that it’s better than without a stick. I stopped at my local Kroger store Smith’s to pick up some Horizon products for lunches. Look how fun…
Kroger and Horizon have partnered to make sure you are able to easily find and serve more natural and organic foods to your family this back to school season through the Natural Foods Department shopping experience at your local Kroger store.
Those graham crackers and little boxes of chocolate milk would make any kid happy. Adults too! And the string cheese is always a favorite snack of mine. I have to pull it apart to eat it. It’s a crime to just bite into it. I love adding hand written notes or jokes to my kids’ lunches. It just lets them know you love them and are thinking about them.
Throw it all into a fun lunch bag and they’re all set.

What is your healthy alternative to lunch meat?

Tuna or hummus. I love both in place of lunch meats!
