I have become more aware of what we are putting into our bodies. I really love convenience foods and easy ways to cook like with pre-made seasoning packets. But they are not always good for you. All the salt and sugar and chemicals in convenient food just isn’t good for you. I never make my own taco seasoning and was really excited to try some from Healthy Solutions Spice Blends.  They let me choose 4 Spice Blends to try and I chose Ultimate Burger, Perfect Steak, Authentic Chili/Tacos and Pork and Poultry Rub.

Like I said, I started off with the Chili/Taco blend and made Tacos. We love tacos at our house. Super love. These tacos turned out delicious and my kids at them up. Even Emma had two.
