My healthy tips are using applesauce or canned pumpkin in the place of oil in baking, using 1/4 less sugar in most baking recipes, and using yogurt in the place of sour cream. <br /><br />Cindy<br />cindyskitchen@yahoo.com

One of my healthy "tricks" – specially when baking is to omit at least 1/4 – 1/2 a cup of sugar (when it has 1/2 -1 cup of sugar originally) from the recipe. It doesn't hurt the taste and it certainly won't hurt the recipe.

I love weight watchers. It allowes me to eat the yummy stuff too, just in moderation. My healthy tips are to get my fiber intake in, eat lean proteins instead of fatty ones, drink lots of water, and most importantly; watch purportion sizes.

My healthy tip is a mid-morning snack–an apple with peanut butter. The protein holds me pretty good so I'm not ravenous by lunchtime.<br /><br />vansickle36@comcast.net
