Oh my gosh–I totally love this, Mandy! Hectic life schedules call for total comfort food and nothing screams comfort more than a bowl of cookie dough. Loving that it's eggless so it's technically healthy 😉 and all that potato harvesting looks like hard work! Who knew spuds would be so grueling?!
Pint Sized Baker says
The harvest sounds interesting. I had no idea…<br />Please stop by my first Co-hosted Linky party and share a few posts.<br />http://pintsizedbaker.blogspot.com/2012/09/new-design-and-first-linky-party.html<br />Thanks 🙂

I would consider driving for that many hours a day if I knew there was chocolate chip cookie dough just waiting for me to spoon it into my mouth!!! How delicious is this!!!

Could I freeze this as my children want cookie dough ice-cream sandwiches?
mandyrecipebox says
Yes you can freeze this. Those sandwiches sound delicious!
Caroline says
can we use normal granulated sugar instead of brown sugar
mandyrecipebox says
I find it too sweet with granulated sugar. You can try it and start with a very small amount and add in more as you need it.

this might seem like a stupid question, but can this cookie dough be baked like regular cookies or is it designed just for eating raw? I don’t remember seeing anything about baking temperatures or times in the recipe. if it can be baked, what temperature and how long?
mandyrecipebox says
It’s just for eating raw. Or using in a no-bake cheesecake or something like that. It’s for cookie dough lovers so we can eat it safely without the eggs. I do have a great chocolate chip cookie recipe here: https://mandysrecipeboxblog.com/2011/10/mandys-favorite-chocolate-chip-cookies.html

How much will this recipe yield? 🙂
mandyrecipebox says
About a normal batch’s worth. Remember, the dough is just for eating, not baking.
