Lemon Poppy Seed Chicken

- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- Place the chicken into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, poppy seeds and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 3-4 hours.
- Cut up chicken and serve over cooked rice.
