Shredded Beef Tostada

- 2 to 3 lb roast
- 1 pkg. Campbell’s® Slow Cooker Sauces Shredded Beef Taco
- tostada shells
- shredded lettuce
- fresh salsa or pico de gallo
- avocado
- sour cream
- cheese and other toppings of your choice
- Place the roast in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours until fork tender or on high 4 to 5 hours.
- Shred with two forks and serve over tostada shells and top with desired toppings.
- Serve
I always put my roast in the slow cooker at night and let it cook on low at least 12 hours. It makes for the best tender roasts.
