Nutella Swirled Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

Serves: 1½ cups
Ingredients
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature (low fat is okay)
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • ⅓ cup Nutella
Directions
  1. Using a hand mixer, beat together cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Whip in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. To assemble the dip, layer ⅓ of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture in a small bowl, top with ⅓ of the Nutella. I microwaved my Nutella for a few seconds to melt it a bit so it spreads easier.
  4. Repeat the layers again twice.
  5. Finally, run a knife through the dip a bit to get the pretty, swirled look.
  6. Serve with graham crackers or pretzels or whatever you prefer.
