Ingredients
  • 1 C. oats
  • ⅓ C. toasted coconut flakes
  • ½ C. peanut butter
  • ½ C. ground flaxseed
  • ½ C. mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ C. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer or wooden spoon.
  2. Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into whatever size balls you want.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
