Chicken and Pesto Pasta with Zucchini and Tomatoes

Serves: 4
- 1 (8.5 oz) package Barilla Ready Pasta
- 6 oz jar Barilla Pesto
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add zucchini and tomatoes. Cook until zucchini is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, microwave Bariila Ready Pasta for 60 seconds according to package directions.
- Add chicken, pasta and pesto to the zucchini and tomatoes. Stir to coat evenly and allow to heat through.
- Serve.
Use Rotisserie chicken to make this meal even faster to prepare!
