Chicken Fried Steak
Chicken Fried Steak is one of those easy hearty dishes. You can't really mess it up, unless you don't have enough breading on it. That's no good. I have found recipes out there in cyber land and they are generally the same. I chose to use The Neely's recipe since 1. I love them and their recipes, and 2.
