The name really says it all. Warm Lemon Pudding Cake. Made with lemon pudding, this comes out of the oven so warm and oozing with pudding. Sort of like a molten lava cake. I love lemons. I love them in Lemon Bars, Lemonade, Diet Coke, you name it. I love them. So naturally I love them in this form. With blueberries. They just go together so nicely.
