Pineapple Pudding Dip is perfect with apples, strawberries, graham crackers and much more. It's a great treat in the heat of summer. No one can resist this White Chocolate Fruit Dip. It doubles as a pie filling, too! This is one of my favorite snacks. Emma loves it, too. Then when the apples are gone, she grabs a spoon to finish off the dip. Cuz it's basically pudding. Yum. The buttermilk gives it an extra zing of flavor. I've had this recipe since Home Economics in Junior High. You cook the potatos in the microwave so there is no heating up your kitchen with the oven. So nice for this time of year. The dip is simple and perfect with these wedges.Baked Potato Wedges3 large potatos1/4 c. Miracle Whiponion powdersalt & pepperWash and cut potatos length-wise. Brush with Miracle Whip.
