Heavenly Oreo Dessert is so named because it's heavenly. One bite and you'll never get this easy dessert out of your head. And it's a no bake recipe so, bonus! This is one of those desserts that you can't get out of your head. As in, you'll wake up in the night craving another piece. As in, you'll eat it for breakfast (hypothetically speaking, of course). As in, you could eat the entire thing on your own, if you were into that sort of thing. Confession: I did the first two … [Read more...]
Oatmeal Creme Pies
Ever since these were linked up on Totally Tasty Tuesdays a few weeks ago, I knew I had to make them. I love the Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies. They are the only Little Debbie treat that I like. Something about their chocolate is too waxy to me. But I could eat these cookies all day long.I made a few adjustments and they are pretty good. Not the same as Little Debbie's, but they would do when I get the craving and I don't have any in my pantry.Printable VersionCookies:1 c. … [Read more...]
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
These Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies are great for after school. Or breakfast in my opinion! They have peanut butter chips all throughout the oatmeal cookies! Who doesn't love dessert for breakfast? Anyone? Donuts are a legit breakfast in my book. As are pastries. Maybe even chocolate cake. Bill Cosby says so. Chocolate cake has milk and eggs in it. That totally counts. These cookies could count, too. There's peanut butter and oats and nuts. See? And since … [Read more...]

Shortcut Linzer Cookies
These are another favorite cookie of mine. They remind me of Christmas, since that is when my aunt makes her Linzer cookies and give them out to us. They are so melt-in-your mouth delicious. They are very dangerous to eat. I can never stop at just one!The traditional Linzer Cookie has two layers with the jam in between. I made a shortcut version that tastes just as amazing with less time and effort.I add finely crushed pecans, but you don't have to. But I think you really should. You … [Read more...]
