Mexican Egg Rolls

June 8, 2013 by mandyrecipebox

Mexican Egg Rolls

Mexican Egg Rolls are a fun spin on the classic version. Make a lot because they won't last long!   I made Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls and they were a hit. So I knew I wanted to try these Mexican Egg Rolls the second I saw the recipe. I may have had 3. They are not spicy at all, but you could add a kick by using jalepenos if you want. Try garnishing them with avocados and sour cream for a fresh taste. Mexican Egg Rolls   Print Author: Mandy Bird Ingredients 1 Tbsp. … [Read more...]

{Copycat} Chick-fil-a Nuggets

If you love making copycat recipes at home, this recipe is just for you. Copycat Chick-fil-a Nuggets are a great sub for the real thing.    Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places to eat. I really wish there was one near me in Idaho, but sadly I have to wait until I go to Utah to eat there. I always get the original chicken sandwich and their lemonade. My favorite part of the waffle fries are the end pieces. Great. Now I am craving it. Well thanks to My Name is Snickerdoodle, I can make … [Read more...]

Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

I am posting an actual non-sweet recipe today. I get so excited for the Christmas season and the treats, but by the time Christmas comes, I've had my share of sweets. I am about to that point. Since it is such a small school, we have a nice dinner afterwards for the guests. We're talking a sit down meal like ham or … [Read more...]

Chinese Spicy Chicken

Chinese Spicy Chicken

Chinese Spicy Chicken is often referred to as Tiny Spicy Chicken because it's in tiny pieces. Probably because it's so spicy that you need small bites at a time! Remember how I told you that Chinese food is my favorite? Well, I did and shame on you for forgetting this very important fact about me. I made Sweet and Sour Chicken a while ago and it's one of my favorite meals that I make. My husband isn't one for sweet dinners. Like Sweet and Sour Chicken. Or those Swedish Meatballs. Or … [Read more...]

Mexican Chicken Casserole

Mexican Chicken Casserole is a hearty and comforting dish. It's an easy recipe that your whole family will love. I love casseroles. They are also known as a hot dish. I usually never look forward to winter. Until this summer. Oh. I'm ready. Not just for fall, which around here lasts about a week and … [Read more...]
