I'm sure by now that many of you have heard of green smoothies. Made with spinach or other greens and fruit that are so healthy (so much so, in fact, that I'm not sure why it's appearing on my blog!) and full of fiber and iron and protein if you use peanut butter. Banana-rama Cake
Banana bread is excellent, yes, but sometimes you need something else. Like banana muffins, or this Banana-rama cake. It is so moist and soft, oh my goodness! It makes a cookie sheet's worth, so it is perfect for taking to a potluck dinner. It has a cream cheese frosting that goes perfectly with it.
