This Creamy Pesto and Chicken dish is so easy to make that you can make it any time you need a quick dinner recipe. In 30 minutes or less you will have dinner on the table.
This recipe is definitely a family favorite. Every time I make it, Emma (7) says, “Oh! I love this stuff!” It just has the best flavor and is so dang easy to make. It’s one you need to keep on hand for when it’s 6 pm and you don’t know what to make for dinner. Just buy some canned chicken at Costco and keep a jar of pesto on hand and you can make this any time. Add a side salad and garlic bread to make it a meal.

OH wow- I’ve never thought to add a creamy soup to create a somewhat of a ‘sauce’ for pasta- The added pesto takes it over the edge- Yum! PS- I wish I liked pesto at 7.

My kids are weird eaters. They will like pesto but not cake. I think they’re aliens.
