These brownie cookies are soft, moist, chewy, and best of all…EASY! They’re made using a brownie mix, and are ready to eat in just 15 minutes.
Hey everyone! It’s Lori, again. I have some news! You have previously known me from my blog A Pinch of Glitter. Well….sometimes it’s a good thing to go out with the old, and in with the NEW! My blog is now called Lori’s Kitchen Table. It’s just getting started THIS week, so stay tuned for some fabulous things to come!
Enough about that…let’s talk about these cookies!
Please, tell me I’m not the only one who has to have something sweet at the end of the day. Even if it’s just a nibble or two, I’ve gotta have my fix! Well, normally I just find whatever we have around the house (discount Easter candy, anyone?!), but sometimes I want something homemade.
But I don’t always want to put in the effort. (please tell me I’m not alone in that either…)
These brownie cookies are the answer to my problem! Even though they are technically “homemade”, it hardly even feels like it because they are SO easy. Have you ever made cake mix cookies? These are kind of the same idea, but better because it uses a brownie mix instead 🙂
Not only are they easy, they’re insanely good. Brownies in a cookie form? What could be better than that!?
So if you need to whip up a treat for visitors real quick, need a sweet fix, or are just too lazy to make make gourmet homemade cookies (we’ve all been there), then these are the cookies for you!
- 1 box brownie mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- ⅓ cup oil
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- Mix together brownie mix, eggs, flour, and oil,
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll generously in powdered sugar.
- Place 2-inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
- Place cookies on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
