I love a decadent dessert as much as the next person, but some of my favorite treats are ones that have just a few ingredients and come together super quick! Usually floats are a summertime treat, but I thought it would be fun to mix it up a bit for Valentine’s Day! Enter- Black Cherry Chocolate Chip Floats.
Amy from My Name is Snickerdoodle here! I’m not sure why I didn’t think of this before, but these were delicious and different! I am a fan of cherry and chocolate together, but if you are not, feel free to substitute the black cherry soda for Coca Cola or Dr. Pepper. Or you could substitute the chocolate chip ice cream for plain vanilla.
My boys loved these as much as I did and it was fun to have a kid friendly Valentine’s Day dessert!
