Berry Smoothie

March 27, 2014 by mandyrecipebox

This smoothie has blueberries, strawberries, spinach and the new Tillamook Farmstyle greek yogurt. You can’t go wrong with this Berry Smoothie to start your day!

There are so many great smoothie recipes out there. You really don’t even need a recipe to make a delicious smoothie. All you need is yogurt, fruit, ice and whatever add-ins you like. I love throwing in some Chia Seeds. Oh my goodness, are they good for you! Then just blend it up and drink away!

For this smoothie, I used vanilla greek yogurt, but you can use any flavor. Strawberry or blueberry would have been great, too. I love this yogurt! For real. I love eating it topped with crunchy granola and chia seeds. So delicious.

I would use the yogurt for smoothies! My son refuses to eat any fruit so this is a perfect way for me to get it to him!

Oh, there are so many things I do with yogurt. I'll make smoothies, salad dressings, and I use it in place of sour cream or mayo in dips and on tacos. I also love to drain the whey out, add herbs, and make a tangy, creamy yogurt cheese. YUM!!

I would probably just eat it right out of the container, or in a bowl with some berries and granola!<br />Digicats {at} Sbcglobal {dot} Net
