This Banana Split Smoothie has all the flavors of a banana split for you to enjoy in this fabulous smoothie! Enjoy for breakfast, dessert, or whenever your heart desires!
Hey everyone! It’s Jaren from Diary of a Recipe Collector here to share another treat with you today! So we are kind of in the middle of winter here, and I don’t know about you, but I miss the sunny warm days already. After Christmas, I kind of get over the whole “I wish it would be cold” feeling. Now I know those of you knee-deep in snow right now kind of feel that way a lot more than me. No snow down here in Louisiana.
So what better to cure the winter blues than a summery feeling drink like this Banana Split Smoothie. It has all the wonderful flavors of a banana split. Make them and just close your eyes and pretend you are sitting outside doing your favorite summer activity. For me, that would be going to the beach. Hands down, that is my favorite thing to do. Around this time every year, we start planning our summer vacation to the beautiful Alabama beach. It kind of gets me through those freezing cold days knowing it won’t be long until we head that way.
This smoothie is so fast to whip up! It’s filled with frozen strawberries, pineapples, bananas, milk, and of course, chocolate syrup!
- 1 banana
- 1 cup sliced frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 (6 oz.) containers of strawberry banana yogurt
- Chocolate syrup
- Place banana, strawberries, pineapple, milk, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup along the insides of a glass. Pour in smoothies and serve.
