Kitchen Executive Chef Silicone Baking Mats
are made from 1.0mm thick silicone, which is 30% thicker than competitor’s mats, actually thicker than some of the bigger name silicone baking mats. This extra thickness makes these mats more durable and ensures they lay flat, making your baking more enjoyable.
They offer greater usable surface area, up to 20% more usable area, because of their thinner edging. You can bake more each time compared to other same size mats because of this.
You can do more than bake cookies on these mats. You can use them in place of cooking sprays, shortening, foil and parchment paper when baking. Roast veggies, fries, chicken nuggets, whatever! As you can see in the photo above, my cookies slid right off. You need these mats!

Do these freeze well?
I haven’t tried freezing them, but I don’t see why not.
What do you mean by “oil”? That’s an incredibly vauge term. What type of oil do you use? I was thinking on using coconut oil for a summer-y flavor vibe.
You can use any oil. I use olive or canola.
These sound delicious! I think with a few changes on the flour I’ll be able to make them gluten-free so I can try them. If not, my grandchildren are going to love these either way! 🙂
I hope a gluten-free version turns out for you!
I grew up eating Amish sugar cookies but haven’t had one in years… Must fix that asap!
These look amazing! I want to try a gluten-free/vegan version!
These look so yummy! I’ve tried a lot of sugar cookies recipes but never one like this.
These look wonderful, I can’t wait to try them!
these cookies look delicious!
Have you tried these with coconut oil? Must make! 🙂
No!! I must!
I’ve made this exact recipe for years….the only thing I do differently is flatten the dough with a glass dipped in sugar. I makes a lovely presentation. You can also try dipping half in melted chocolate. Beautiful! Every time I make these people beg for more!
About how many cookies does this recipe make?
Depending on size, about 4 dozen.
I just made these cookies and they are great. Thank you. Now I have courage to make more cookies.
