These Fudgy S’mores Brownies are such a great end to a meal. The made-from-scratch brownies are fudgy and chewy and topped with graham cereal, mini marshmallows and chocolate. So make some and enjoy them with your family after dinner while you watch a movie or play a game. Most of all, spend more time together as a family.

- 1⅓ cups butter, softened
- 2⅔ cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup Golden Grahams
- 1¾ cup mini marshmallows
- 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour, cocoa and salt.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Do not over bake.
- Preheat the broiler. Sprinkle baked brownies with marshmallows and cereal. Broil 1-3 minutes watching carefully until marshmallows are golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate. Cover with foil and let stand 5-10 minutes until chocolate begins to melt. Remove foil and cool before cutting into squares.
