I don’t know about you, but summer time is such a busy time of year. I thought the school year was busy, but summer is holding it’s own. I have to be honest, we’ve eaten a lot of cold cereal or toast for breakfast this summer. Don’t judge. We’ve been busy with swimming lessons, vacations, campouts, etc. Sometimes we eat a quick something just to get out and mow the lawn before it’s blazing hot. But with Walmart we can eat quick and tasty instead of just quick. Like Folgers© Coffee, Hungry Jack© Mix (waffles/pancakes) and syrup, Smuckers© brand Jams, Jellies and Preserves, Martha White© Muffin Mix. See? Quick and tasty. I know my growing children need good nutrition and sugary cereals just don’t cut it, even though they love it. Walmart has the best prices on summer breakfast items!
I would be tempted to run to a breakfast dive-thru some mornings if I lived anywhere near one. I guess it’s a good thing we don’t since we always eat at home for most meals. It has so many benefits such as knowing exactly what you are putting into your body. Or controlling the salt content and sugar amounts. Plus, it’s less expensive!
So will you start/keep eating breakfast at home? It’s so beneficial to you and the family time around the breakfast table will get your day off to a great start. The day will get so crazy and it’s good to have that time together.
