Blueberries are one of my favorite fruit to bake with. I love them fresh or in pie filling form. Don’t care. I will take them any way they come. And since the 4th is upon us, blueberries are a fitting fruit to bake with. Throw in some strawberries or cherries and you have an All American treat.
