Bubble Up Carbonara is a great weeknight dinner recipe. It’s an easy dish that everyone will love! With just a few minutes of prep time, dinner will be ready fast.
Basically anytime bacon and bread is involved, a recipe will be amazing. Throw in Alfredo sauce and cheese and boom. You have one perfect recipe. I love bubble up recipes. You can pretty much turn anything into a bubble up dish. Like Bubble Up Enchiladas, Bubble Up Breakfast Casserole and Cherry Pie Bubble Up. These are some of the most popular recipes on my site. I am going to add cooked chicken to this the next time I make it. Anyone who eats this Bubble Up Carbonara loves it. It’s so easy to make and impresses everyone.

I’m thinking about adding some peas or broccoli to this… try to get my veggies in where I can! 🙂

Mandy,
I have never been on your blog before, but I saw this recipe and I thought that I needed to post a comment and tell you what I think. I personally love to cook, but it is difficult for me to find the time to cook every day and I think that I could definitely do a better job. When I saw this recipe I was definitely impressed. It looks delicious on the picture and honestly, I would call you an artist for creating such an amazing dish. I really appreciate that it does not take very long to prepare and I love the Bubble Up idea.
One thing that I was wondering is which vegetable you would recommend if I wanted to make it a little healthier. I personally love broccoli and mushrooms. Do you think that would go well with the Bubble Up Carbonara? Also, is there an Alfredo sauce that you personally prefer? Or do you even have a recipe to make it at home? I love this recipe and I can’t wait to try it at home. Cooking should definitely be considered an art after going through you awesome blog!

First of all, thank you for your kind words! It’s nice to hear such complimentary remarks from someone 🙂 I think mushrooms would be great in this dish. Or on the side as would the broccoli. I use Bertolli Alfredo but any kind works. I hope you like this recipe!
