A while ago, I talked about Kitchen Executive Chef Silicone Baking Matswhen I made these Amish Sugar Cookies. I still use the mats all the time. We make a lot of cookies around here. But they are also awesome for so much more. You can roast, bake, broil or freeze on them. I recently made Chicken Malibu on these mats and of course I had melted cheese everywhere.
