Lo Mein
Lo Mein is so easy to make and will taste like it came from your favorite Chinese restaurant. I have said it before, but Chinese food is my favorite. I really love Sweet and Sour Chicken, Fried Rice, and Lo Mein Noodles. That is usually what I get when I go out to eat Chinese food. But now I can make all of those at home and I love that. You can make it, too, and save money. It tastes just like take-out to me. Lo Mein Print Author: Mandy Bird Ingredients 2 T. soy … [Read more...]

My little Emma loves when I make smoothies using strawberries, chia seeds, kefir, ice, greek yogurt and a little sweetener. It's so good and so good for us. I found the chia … [Read more...]

Zyliss Kitchen Gadgets Review
I always have a garden every summer. I always plant lettuce, spinach and beets among other veggies. My husband loves beet greens. That is the green tops just so you know. I put them in a saucepan, cover them with water, and boil until they are wilted. Then Lance tops them with butter, lemon juice and ground pepper. I don't care for the stuff, but I love salads. I have a hard time eating the lettuce out of my garden. Only because I have seen the earwigs that crawl on it and it just creeps me out. … [Read more...]
