Garlic Potatoes

This recipe is versitile. You can used canned or regular potatoes to make this. Canned makes it come together in a snap. You can adjust it to make as much as you want. Super simple, super yummy.

Garlic Potatoes
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 15 oz. can whole or sliced potatoes, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
In a skillet, melt margarine. Add the potatoes and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook and stir 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
Note: The amounts in this recipe are for canned potatoes. You may need to adjust the amounts if using regular potatoes.
