I love love love this salad! I actually grew spinach in my garden this year just so I could make this salad anytime I wanted. Not kidding. Banana-rama Cake
Banana bread is excellent, yes, but sometimes you need something else. Like banana muffins, or this Banana-rama cake. It is so moist and soft, oh my goodness! It makes a cookie sheet's worth, so it is perfect for taking to a potluck dinner. It has a cream cheese frosting that goes perfectly with it.
