Asian Chicken Salad is a staple at any potluck dinner we have. It's one of my favorite salads and I crave it a lot! The first time I had this was when my grandma made it for a dinner a long time ago. Shredded Beef Enchiladas
I love Mexican food. I am half hispanic on my dad's side and so I grew up with this food. My grandma always had her homemade tortillas fresh off the cast iron burner when we went to visit. One snack I loved to have was a roasted Anaheim Chile pepper folded inside a tortilla. I grow those peppers in my garden just for that snack.
