I make this dish on Sundays all the time. I stick it all in the slow cooker when I get up and then it's ready to eat when we get home from church at 1 pm. All I need to do is whip up some mashed potatoes or cook some noodles to go with it. I also love cooking this in the summer when I don't want to heat up my kitchen with the oven. These aren't really eclairs but yummy anyway.1 small box of graham crackers1 large box of vanilla instant pudding12 oz Cool Whip1 container of ready made chocolate frostingYou can make this 2 different ways: 1. Cheesy Garlic Bread
1 loaf of french bread1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened2 cloves garlic, halved1 tsp. dried parsley1/3 c. grated parmesan cheesePreheat oven to 375. Cut slices down the length of bread loaf at 1 inch intervals, without cutting all the way through. Rub slices and top of loaf with cut sides of garlic halves. Mince garlic.
