Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients
  • 1 (13.5 oz) pkg Johnsonville Polish Kielbasa fully cooked smoked sausage, sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • ½ cup chicken broth
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the peppers and onions along with the garlic powder, onion powder and Creole or Cajun seasoning. Stir and let cook another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cabbage and stir to combine.
  4. Add the chicken broth and let it cook 8 more minutes until cabbage is tender.
  5. Serve with rice if desired.
