Juicer Pulp Bread
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups fruit or veggie pulp
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp gluten
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 3⁄4 tsp yeast
- For bread machine
- Place ingredients in order as listed into the bread machine.
- Set crust to light or medium and use the basic cycle.
- One it's baked, remove from machine and the pan immediately. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
- Slice and enjoy.
