Juicer Pulp Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1⁄2 cups fruit or veggie pulp
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp gluten
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 3⁄4 tsp yeast
Directions
  1. For bread machine
  2. Place ingredients in order as listed into the bread machine.
  3. Set crust to light or medium and use the basic cycle.
  4. One it's baked, remove from machine and the pan immediately. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
  5. Slice and enjoy.
